The kitchen is well equipped and has an integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  Leading off the kitchen are stairs to the good size roof terrace with dining table and chairs and bbq and with fantastic views to the sea and the countryside. From the lounge there is a patio with dining table and chairs together with a lawned area.

This beautiful villa is in an area called Golfemar, just on the outskirts of Carvoeiro - which is close to the 9 hole Vale do Milho golf course.  Nearby there is the Lighthouse restaurant and bar and the large condominium swimming pool.  Whilst within a few minutes walk are the facilities of Rocha Brava and approx 6 other restaurants.

Carvoeiro was a former fishing village and although now a thriving holiday resort, still retains much of it's charm. The town also has its own beach, with several more in the area within 15 minutes drive.

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.
